Qualified candidates must possess a BA/BS degree (paralegal certificate preferred), and MUST have at least three (3) years experience with the following: UCC filings and searches; securities regulations and filings; Blue Sky research; Sect. 16 reporting requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
